The future begins with one decision
ICT Future was born from one decision. Our mission was not only to provide innovative solutions, but also to create solid foundations based on people. Today, after eight years of continuous development, we can proudly emphasize that our company has become a valued leader in the field of IT. Here is our management team, who are responsible for the fundamental development of the company and the implementation of the vision of the future.

Strategic management and finance practitioner. I have extensive knowledge and over 20 years of experience in the ICT technology market. I am responsible for implementing the strategy and stable development of the company. Privately, I travels a lot with a backpack and practice various sports as an amateur, on land and in water.

Tomasz Bukowski
Founder, CEO

At ICT Future, I am responsible for all administrative and organizational matters, as well as recruitment. I make sure that our activities are in line with procedures and that the flow of information within the company is correct. After hours, I happily devote my time to baking cakes, and in my free time I eagerly reach for a thriller or crime novel, although I also enjoy a romance or a social book. Recently, I have also been fulfilling my role as a mother.

Magdalena Dłubakowska
COO

In the company, I am responsible for finances, budget management, settlements with contractors and supporting the management in making strategic financial decisions. In private, I like to travel and do amateur sports. She is also the author of 2 blogs: culinary and travel.

Elżbieta Bukowska
CFO

I have been providing solutions to clients for over 15 years. I had worked on many projects as the chief architect and implementation manager in the field of telecommunications services and security products. I’m an expert in defining architecture with an emphasis on service orientation, optimization and integration.

Wojciech Piśniak
CTO

I analyze new technological trends and challenges of the modern digital world. My passion is discovering the secrets of virtual spaces, securing data and promoting conscious use of technology. Privately, I am passionate about mountain running, martial arts, literature and playing the guitar.

ICT Future always focuses on people. It is the joint work, mutual trust and commitment of our team that are the key driving force of our achievements. Our successes in the field of digital security are not only the effective implementation of solutions, but also a history of successful cooperation with professionals who are key architects of digital security. We have completed over 1280 projects in various industries, which confirms our ability to adapt to the diverse needs of customers and the effectiveness of our solutions.

Management, coordination and organization of office work are the tasks, I perform on a daily basis at ICT Future. Privately, I’m an enthusiast of mountain hiking, black coffee, sauna and her dog.

Office Manager

I am responsible for managing, configuring, maintaining and securing IT systems and supports work on the development of telecommunications networks. Privately, I am interested in electronics, DIY and testing new culinary recipes.

Karol Drozdowski
System Administrator

I am involved in establishing and maintaining business relationships and developing in project management. In my private life, I like to do sports and travel.

Paweł Szczubełek
Account Manager

At ICT Future I am responsible for building, developing and maintaining network infrastructure, including the aspect of securing IT systems. After work hours I devote myself to music production and wandering between art galleries.

Andrzej Hornowski
Junior Infrastructure Administrator

In ICT Future I am responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships with our clients and actively acquiring new partners. Additionally, I manage projects, ensuring their timely implementation and meeting customer expectations. Privately, I am interested in travel, sports and motoring.

Wiktor Sawicki
Account Manager

I am responsible for establishing new contacts, selecting appropriate offers for those interested in our services, establishing terms of cooperation, and maintaining relationships with those who have already chosen ICT Future. After work (and sometimes before) I create written, narrated, live fairy tales. All that are needed, as long as I convey to the young recipients and participants of fairy tales what is worth it.

Łukasz Gonczarek
Account Manager

IT systems administrator at ICTFuture, also supporting the planning and development of telecommunication infrastructure. A passionate advocate of a holistic approach to cybersecurity, homelab enthusiast, and a casual cycling tourist on sunny days.
